![]() ![]() Review for Stacks&Yolks 3200 N Jones, Las Vegas, NV 89108 on Friday, Apat 8:00am. I was pleased with the taste and recommend you trying them. ![]() With that I squeezed them into the #8 spot on my top 10 Eggs Benedict list that I have created from across the US. I was happy to move these Bennys into my top ten list but WHERE? It is very hard to separate #1 - #10 because of the closeness of flavor. Coffee for $2.99 a cup is in line with todays norms. #3-price: $16.99 is the highest price for Benedicts with hash browns that I have reviewed. #2 -presentation : The presentation was inviting. Some of this and the price kept the review at 4 stars. Their decent amount of hash browns were shredded and cooked perfectly. The reason I review Eggs Benedict is because of the difference in the flavor of the Hollandaise sauce. The Hollandaise sauce was made from scratch and had a very smooth distinctive flavor. They replaced the hard egg with a properly cooked egg. I asked for easy/light poached eggs and was presented with 2 slightly past easy, closer to medium and 1 hard. After my visit these "Bennys" were added to my "top ten list" My rating is based on 3 weights : 70% = taste 20% = presentation 10% = price NOTE: This is the only place that I have reviewed that uses 3 poached eggs for their Benedicts. The waitress / owner Fahimeh A was very cordial and helpful with my questions. Stacks & Yolks has a variety of tasty breakfast and lunch offerings. ![]()
